We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased from our online store. Once an order is placed and confirmed, the sale is considered final.

This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:

  • Individual protein bars
  • Multi-pack bundles
  • Subscription orders
  • Promotional and discounted items

Why This Policy?

As a food product, our protein bars are perishable consumable goods. For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds once the product has left our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we do not offer refunds, we take quality and accuracy seriously. If you receive an order that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)
  • Missing items from your confirmed order
