1. Introduction

Welcome to Punch! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website punchfoods.in (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered by Punch! ("we," "us," "our").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products

We sell protein bars and related food products. We make every effort to display product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, and images as accurately as possible. However:

Nutritional values are approximate and may vary between batches.
We reserve the right to modify ingredients, formulations, or packaging without prior notice.

Allergen notice: Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, soy, nuts, gluten, and other allergens. It is your responsibility to review ingredient lists before consumption. We are not liable for any allergic reactions.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Payment must be made through the payment methods available on our Site. All transactions are processed by third-party payment gateways, and we do not store your full payment details.

An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation email has been sent to you.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India through our courier partners.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

7. Use of the Site

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Punch! and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon.

17. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Gurgaon.
